TV crew captured sea images related with historical monuments for major French TV station
Excellent impressions and particular enthusiasm brought for one more time Athos area to representatives of French TV, who recorded images from life of sea coast, the activities, the monuments, and the religious/ancient sites.
The team visited the region on Tuesday the 26th at the initiative of GNTO Bureau of France, which secured a series’ production of two top TV shows having as theme the promotion of of sea coastal and islands Greek destinations.
The shootings took place on account for the French channels “France 24”, “TV5 MONDE” and “Men’s up T.V.”, when the TV shows are waited to be projected during the summer season in France and in Mediterranean countries for at least 35 times.
Athos area will be screened in special unit in the concrete shows, giving the particularity which connects the sea natural landscape with the historical and religious uniquenesses: Mount Athos and Aristoteles’ birthland.
During the shootings which were organized by Mount Athos Area Organisation, the Mayor of Aristoteles, Mr Christos Pachtas, presented the destination, referring to its cultural heritage, the contemporary activities related to this, and the unique natural/historical comparative advantages.
